Horses & Animals

We believe that a mediocre horse eats as much as a top quality one, so we have done our best to keep the best and offer them for sale. We don't have big numbers, because of time restrictions, but we enjoy every horse we have. Over the years we have sold horses for ranch work, pleasure riding and arena work. We have entered the game of barrel racing and QH racing breeding as well. Some of bloodlines include Dash For Cash, Streakin Six, Easy Jet, Beduino, Special Effort and On a High, to name a few.

Both colts are out of The Corona who is a son of Corona Cartel.

This is Plucky and Lucky (aka Lucky) and her March 20, 2009 colt out of the sire The Corona. The Corona is a son of Corona Cartel.

Misty's 2009 filly

Born on the coldest day in March.  It was a record breaking cold day.

Mystical Chick's filly 2009- June 30‏

Aspecial Suspect

aka "Shadow"

Shadow is a 2004 gelding. His sire is Ausual Suspect, an All American Futurity winner.

"Shadow" is an exceptionally intelligent individual.  The best yearling that I have ever worked with.

Aspecial Suspect is being broke to ride this Jan 09 and is phenomenal.  The trainer, Logan Acker, has never been on a horse like this.  With just one ride, Shadow is responding like he has had 30 days training.  He is just SO smart.

Champion

2005 gelding. His sire is Takin On the Cash. We had high hopes for Champion going to be a barrel horse, but he was injured as a baby and so we decided to keep him.  He was broke to ride and work with cattle as a 2 year old.  Harold has ridden him this summer and is impressed with his cow sense and ability.

Chasin Beduino

aka "Lucy"

Lucy is a 2004 AQHA mare sired by Skirt Chasin Alibi, who is producing many barrel horses.  Lucy competed in the Canadian Barrel Futurity circuit this summer.  She finished 10th.  This is a great placing as she is only 4 years old and she competed against 5 year olds.  Rusty Rae Quam has been training and competing on her for us.

Lucy is for sale to a good home and someone that is going to continue barrel racing with her.

Chasin Beduino did compete at the World Barrel Futurity in OKC in Dec 2008.  Both runs were 1D times.  Where it talks about her competing in the Canadian Barrel Futurities, put that she won 2 go rounds and placed in several others.

SOLD - All the best to Tamara Jackson of Ponoka, Alberta who has plans to continue barrel racing.

Take You There

aka "Jiggerbug"

She is a 2006 filly by Takin On the Cash.  She is broke to ride and walking around the barrels.  This fall she will get to know the barrel pattern better.  She is a joy to be around and handles well under saddle.

Take You There is also for sale.

Sylvia,

Ash is doing very well.  She is a good calming addition to our little flock.  We have been on a few rides with Frost and Ash and they are doing well together.  We also added a little white leopard spotted Pony of the Americas this past week, "Classy".  Chastan will be taking her into 4-H.  With a bit more practice for the kids on her, we would like to go on some family rides.

She is doing very well and we are happy to have her.  Feel free to visit her (and us) any time.

Jeri
